Old school perfection! I've have gone by Lots of Lox countless times, but never went in. All of that changed today. After being informed of an insanely long wait at a newly opened casual breakfast spot near the Falls, someone in our party suggested Lots of Lox. The old saying of when a door close a window opens applied in this instance. In this case, the window opened to an extensive menu with all the traditional deli choices for breakfast and lunch. The service was extremely attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and served piping hot, portions were generous, and the prices were fair. Two in our party ordered benedicts which were en pointe. Someone else ordered an omelet which was fluffy and full of veggies. I had the blintzes which were delicious. We'll be back again and again.

Comfort food from my childhood was bagels and a schmear, nova, eggs and onions, deli sandwiches, motza ball soup, and knishes. When we were not having it at home, there were many spots to visit for an authentic experience. Most of those places have disappeared but thankfully there is Lots of Lox deli. For me the menu is a wonderland of delicious. Their Nova, eggs, and onions takes me back i time though so it is a frequent favorite. The deli sandwiches are awesome. The service is perfect. And the old style deli atmosphere warms my heart. There is so much I like here and the best part is a wonderful takeout counter which allows me to take home all the favorites I did not order for my meal. Best in town.

Always a good meal and the specials for breakfast are delish.. I watch one great thing after another coming from the kitchen but alas.. I have found the salmon platter and I've become a little addicted. Three options and a couple of well toasted bagels with accoutrements and I've found heaven- split it with hubby and we leave with full happy belly's at a really decent price.

Went for brunch the place is great but It's very busy! Therefore you need to have patience .. the eggs Benedict was really good the potatoes were just ok , we also ordered the Nutella French toast but It looked like they literally slapped on the whole jar of Nutella on It was very messy and way too much Nutella over kill .. the bacon was delicious.. and the eggs in a skillet was good as well

Sorry some of these photos are wonky. We ordered food to go from here. When I ran in to pick up the food, I noticed they have been there since 1978. So that is a long time to stay in business. I thought that was a good sign. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. I also got one to go to bring to someone. Well, I thought the sandwich was ok. It was filled up pretty well. The flavor of the corned beef was acceptable but I have definitely had better. But I thought the rye bread was on the stale side. I did pick up the food around 1pm, so later in the day. But the bread should be fresh at any time. I did not taste the roast beef or matzoh ball soup. I don't think he enjoyed the roast beef sandwich and his Mom seemed to love the matzoh ball soup. And she is picky with what she eats. So that is a good sign I guess. The potato latkes are excellent. They give a lot in one order. The potato knish was pretty good. The pickles are not sour at all which is a negative for me. I didn't think to ask but they must offer whole sour pickles. When I placed the phone order, I asked for fries for him. Well, we never got them. But I checked the bill and he was not charged for them. Still, he was annoyed. All in all, there are no good delis anywhere near where I live in Broward. So, this place is pretty good considering quality delis are becoming harder to find. But this place is not close to a NYC deli.
